The number of annoying mistakes is appalling.
In Soviet times, many science fiction films were made. Some of them make shameful blunders that are striking today. Among such paintings is “Moscow – Cassiopeia”.
The tape came out in 1973, when the space theme was in trend. The picture was a resounding success, but today many viewers pay attention to glaring mistakes.
So, in one of the scenes, Yulia’s hairstyle transforms by itself: her pigtails sharply turn into ponytails. This blunder is repeated several times. During a walk around the ship, Lob appears in a short shirt. At the end of the film, he is wearing it once more, but this time the shirt is longer.
In one of the scenes, Fedya is holding the collection “Fiction 69-70” in his hands.
The hero says that it is written here how one Martian was caught selling soda. However, there was no story with such a plot in the collection. The patronymic of Pasha is also changing. In the newspaper, he is Ivanovich, but in the museum room, where there was a sign with his name, it is clearly visible that he is Pavel Kondratievich.
This is not the whole list of errors in the film. But science fiction, both Soviet and American, is often full of blunders. Apparently, this is the specificity of this complex genre.
