Vice President of the United States of America Kamala Harris said that the news regarding the death of Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny is confirmation that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a “brutal person”. This is her opinion expressed during a joint press conference with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
“Yesterday we heard the news that Oleksiy Navalny died. I met with his wife Yulia. I expressed my disgust regarding it,” Harris said.
She added that Navalny “spoke once morest corruption and autocracy, he stood for the truth.”
