The police of the Moscow region is looking for an impatient and irritated client of the courier service. She expressed her attitude to the service by throwing a clerical knife. The incident took place around three in the followingnoon in the SDEK office at 2 Pulkovsky Street, readers told Fontanka on September 18.

A visitor threw a knife in the face of the company’s manager when asked to see the shipment before sending it, a standard procedure for identifying dangerous, prohibited and poorly packaged attachments.

As Fontanka was told in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they really received a statement from a 30-year-old employee of the courier service that the client threw a clerical knife in her direction and then left. The police officers who arrived at the scene found that the conflict occurred as a result of the fact that the manager refused to open the parcel belonging to the buyer and gave her a clerical knife. As a result of this, the woman threw a closed clerical knife at the seller and left the institution with the parcel.
The victim, following providing medical assistance, was released home with minor abrasions. Police officers establish the details of what happened, as well as the identity of the customer.
