Because potentially illegal conditions have been found, writes the media Finans.
– During the review of the company’s affairs, we have identified matters which may provide a basis for a police investigation, the bankruptcy estate informs Finance.
It is not yet known what the circumstances are.
At the same time, John Byrialsen, who previously owned the stud, tells Finans that it surprises him that the conditions have been found because an accountant has done things for him.
Sold
The stud farm, located at Skals south of Aalestrup, was sold at forced auction at the Court in Viborg earlier this year.
Here the company Ben Hur ApS bought the stud for DKK 8.51 million.
Ben Hur ApS runs, among other things, stud farming, training and trade in horses.
