The Administrative Court of the State Council has reserved the lawsuit filed by Abdullah George and three others on Sunday. The lawsuit demands that the Minister of Youth and Sports removes Mortada Mansour’s capacity to rule as President of Zamalek Club in the current April 16 session. The lawsuit was filed under numbers 70458 of 76 judicial year and 70456, 70451, 70452 of 76 judicial year. The plaintiffs sued the Minister of Youth and Sports in his capacity.

Mortada Mansour appeared before the Administrative Court of the State Council to discuss a lawsuit demanding that the Football Association register new players for the club. He expressed surprise at the Federation’s refusal to register the players and mentioned that he had sent a letter to the Football Association stating that they would be receiving an amount of 10 million pounds from the United Company on Sunday. Mortada also mentioned that what happened between him and the Football Association officials was documented in video, audio, and image.

He bought a player for 50 million and he does not see why he should be prevented from playing. According to Mortada, registration takes into account the condition before closing the entry, and it has one condition in the second period, which was registered on the system. He mentioned that there is no condition for registration before 12 and that they recorded at 11.

The lawsuit alleges that the President of the Egyptian Football Association issued a decision to the Executive Director of the Federation, issuing a penalty once morest the Zamalek Club and three of its mobilizers by suspending their registration despite their registration on the system within the legal deadline, without any legal or regulatory justification, and in violation of FIFA Law. The federation violated FIFA Law and Sports Law No. 71 of 2017, when it refused to register the trio, “Nasser Mansi, Ahmed Belhaj, Mahmoud Shabana, returning from loan.”

Today, Sunday, the Administrative Court of the State Council decided to reserve the lawsuit filed by Abdullah George and 3 others, in which they demanded that the Minister of Youth and Sports be obligated to remove the capacity of Mortada Mansour, President of Zamalek Club, to rule in the current April 16 session.

I filed the lawsuit that bore No. 70458 of 76 judicial year, and the second No. 70456 of 76, 70451, 70452 of 76 judicial year, and sued the Minister of Youth and Sports in his capacity.

And Mortada Mansour, President of the Zamalek club, said before the Administrative Court of the State Council, which is considering the lawsuit demanding that the Football Association be required to register the new players for the club, that we were surprised by the Federation’s refusal to register the players, and I went by myself. They refused to register on the pretext that the debt was once 70 million and once once more 30 million.

I also sent a letter to the Football Association stating that on Sunday they will send us an amount of 10 million pounds from the United Company. I asked the financial manager and he said on Sunday I will transfer the money, at exactly ten thirty on the 31st of January.

Mortada pointed out that what happened between me and the officials of the Football Association was documented in video, audio and image, and monitored everything that was going on. I bought the player for 50 million, and he does not have the right to prevent a player from playing.

Registration takes into account the condition before closing the entry, and it has one condition in the second period, and it was registered on the system. There is no condition for registration before 12, and we recorded at 11, and it was better if he was stepping on the button to register.

In the video presented to you, I mentioned that I brought his players, and we defeated Pharco 3/0 because of the dispersion of the players. He restricts all the players, and the registration may be on the second or third day, but on condition that the registration be before January 31.

The lawsuit said that, due to a personal position on the part of the Egyptian Football Association once morest the Zamalek Club and its president, the President of the Egyptian Football Association issued a decision to the Executive Director of the Federation, issuing a penalty once morest the Zamalek Club and three of its mobilizers by suspending their registration despite their registration on the system within the legal deadline, without any A legal or regulatory justification, and in violation of FIFA law, as the penalty for suspending the registration of players of the Zamalek club, the club, or other clubs must be issued by the International Federation of Football Associations.

She pointed out that the federation violated FIFA Law and Sports Law No. 71 of 2017, when it refused to register the trio, “Nasser Mansi, Ahmed Belhaj, Mahmoud Shabana, returning from loan.”

The situation between the Egyptian Football Association and the Zamalek Club continues to be a contentious issue. With the Administrative Court of the State Council reserving the lawsuit filed by Abdullah George and three others, it seems that the legal battle is far from over. Despite President Mortada Mansour’s assurance of financial backing and the club’s readiness to register the new players, it remains to be seen whether or not the Football Association will comply. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and bring you updates as they become available.
