ESPN has announced a docu-series focusing on the life, legacy and journey of tennis superstar Serena Williams. The series is titled ‘In the Arena: Serena Williams’. The new series was announced during a Walt Disney Company event in New York on Tuesday.

Serena Williams, who has won 23 Grand Slam titles, has a tennis career spanning two decades. Along with her professional life, the series will also feature interviews with those close to Serena.
The series is directed by Gotham Chopra. ‘In the Arena: Serena Williams’ will stream on ESPN. The series is produced by Religion of Sports, Tom Brady’s 199 Productions, and Williams and Carolyn Currier Productions.
