Ivy, the founder of A Stick House, is urgently seeking the dog owner or someone who knows the background of the two dogs to contact them. A member of the public found a male and female Bichon Frize at the Sheung Shui Wai pump station. They were all soaked and appeared to have been hungry for a long time. The two dogs have a good relationship and stick together. They have been neutered and are stable, relatively quiet, and willing to eat. If the dog owner is not found within a month, A Stick House will arrange for the dog to be adopted. Any inquiries regarding adopting the dogs will not be addressed until the dogs’ fate is determined.
