In pictures – The magnificent shots of the “super moon” seen from Aveyron

On the night of Wednesday July 13 to Thursday July 14, a “super moon” was visible everywhere in France. The photographers were out and immortalized a unique Aveyron sky. We have compiled the most beautiful shots shared on social networks.

When the moon is closest to Earth

The “super moon” phenomenon occurs when “the moon’s orbit is closest to Earth at the same time that the moon is full”, I explained NASA. In this case, the moon was “only” 357,264 kilometers from our planet.

With a clear sky in Aveyron, many of you attended the show.
