Al-Marsad Newspaper: The specialist in carcinogen research, Dr. Fahad Al-Khudairi, warned once morest hydrogenated oil, which is sold in the name of vegetable ghee, because of its deposition in the blood vessels and arteries.
Al-Khudairi said, in a tweet via his Twitter account, “This is hydrogenated oil. It is sold as vegetable ghee, and it has health warnings because it deposits in the blood vessels and arteries as a “blockage”, which is one of the causes of heart attacks and cholesterol diseases.”
He continued, “It was originally an ordinary vegetable oil that was hydrogenated by adding hydrogen following boiling it intensely, so it was hydrogenated and became solid like Vaseline, and the flavor of butter was added to it.”
He continued, “This hydrogenated margarine is often used in restaurants and in the food industry because it is considered a preservative for a longer period, like Vaseline, and preserves products for several months without spoiling.”
He concluded: “The healthy alternative is olive oil, vegetable oils, and natural ghee (cow ghee, sheep ghee and camel ghee), in moderation according to the body’s daily need.

This (hydrogenated) margarine is often used in restaurants and in the food industry because it is considered a preservative for a longer period (such as Vaseline) that preserves products for several months without spoiling. The healthy alternative is olive oil, vegetable oils and natural ghee (cow ghee, sheep ghee) and camel fat) in moderation according to the daily need of the body. https://t.co/TpJBCkbFNu
