The support group ARCA (Support, Resilience, Knowledge and Love) of Cehani ESE invites the community in general to participate in free playful training activities that seek to contribute to physical and mental well-being.

The Health Promotion student, Deisy Botina, stated “this is a support group formed with the purpose of being a listening center so that people can share their life experiences, promote personal improvement and also give training workshops regarding mental health, such as managing emotions, depression and anxiety”.

For her part, the student Keisy Paz, expressed “we carried out two strategies Cehani Films and Al Ritmo de Cehani. Cehani Films is with the idea of ​​creating a cinema space more than anything, but this cinema is not for the purpose of entertaining but for learning, so each intervention has a reason for being to learn regarding mental health and physical health. Al Ritmo de Cehani also promotes physical activity in our users and the community in general, this is done through dance therapy, yoga, we also do walks that encourage physical activity in our users”.

With these activities, the institution has been strengthening the processes of personal growth through the different methods required by each of the people who attend these meetings, among them sports, art and recreation, among others.

For its part, the community has thanked Cehani because they can use their free time appropriately where they also have the possibility of contributing to their physical and mental well-being.

Not being everything, through the activities it is intended to strengthen and make visible the strategy of social responsibility and humanization in health called ARCA with reflection actions aimed at promoting the health of caregivers, users and the community in general, in addition to potentiating the development of skills for life.
