“Put Energy in Your PyME” is an instrument of the Ministry of Energy, executed by the Energy Sustainability Agency (SE Agency), whose objective is to provide co-financing for the implementation of energy efficiency projects, renewable energy for self-consumption and electromobility in companies. throughout the national territory, classified as micro, small and medium.

In total, 22 ventures benefited from co-financing from the Ministry of Energy in the region, with a total investment of $311 million.

And, this week, the Seremi of Energía Ñuble, Dennis Rivas Oviedo, visited three of the four benefited ventures in the mountain commune of Pinto to present them with a badge for having obtained co-financing from “Ponle Energía a Tu PyME”.

In the first instance, the head of the regional energy portfolio arrived at “Sociedad Avícola Santa Carolina”, a company dedicated to the production and distribution of eggs, which received a 12.8 kV photovoltaic generation system. “It has been a tremendous benefit and really, we should be the ones who give recognition to the State, for this great contribution,” said the manager of “Huevos Santa Carolina”, Pedro Bocaz Contreras.

Subsequently, the Seremi Rivas headed towards the interior of the mountain range, to “Domos TreePod”, a family business owned by Janet Sepúlveda and Jaime Echeverría, which also benefited from a photovoltaic generation system, which has allowed them to save 12,383 .08 kWh/year in energy and reduce 4.22 tons of CO₂ per season.

“It has been a very important benefit for us, which is reflected in a saving of around 60 to 70%,” said Janet Sepúlveda, who also thanked the Ministry of Energy and the SE Agency for the co-financing for the installation of the 16 panels.

Subsequently, the Seremi of Energy, Dennis Rivas, went to “La Patagua Restaurant”, to present the recognition to the owner of the enterprise, who also benefited from a solar energy generation system.

“It is part of our commitment, as the Ministry of Energy and the Government of Chile, to contribute to the continuous development of the generation system, through renewable energies, which allows us to continue moving towards decarbonization and, in addition, contribute to the development and promotion of the productive sectors of our region of Ñuble”, highlighted the Seremi, Dennis Rivas.
