The Bern cantonal police confirmed the operation on request from Blick. Shortly after 12 p.m. on Monday, she stopped three people and took them to the station. In addition to the police, the ambulance and the fire brigade were also deployed as a precaution. Further investigations have been initiated.
Listed and in need of renovation
The house and the neighboring building have been the focus of activists in the past. For example in September last year. At that time, a collective with the Spanish name “l@s vecin@s amables”, which means friendly neighbors, also occupied the Muri houses.
According to the Bern municipality, the buildings are uninhabitable. The “Bund» reported that the houses are listed and urgently need to be renovated. (dzc)
