Minuto30.com .- The Attorney General’s Office of Mexico has announced the arrest of Yesica Anahí “N” (also known as Jesica Anahí “N”), as likely responsible for the crime of human trafficking, to the detriment of six women of Colombian nationality. The identities of the victims are kept confidential to protect their rights.

Members of the ministerial police carried out the operation in compliance with an arrest warrant. Yesica Anahí will be presented at an initial hearing before an oral criminal trial and procedure judge, where her legal situation will be defined within the framework of criminal proceedings 1188/2024.

The Prosecutor’s Office reiterates its commitment to respect for human rights and due process in these types of cases, and continues working on the investigation to guarantee justice for the victims.

The arrest of “Yesica Anahí” was achieved this Thursday, October 3, in the city of Xalapa, state of Veracruz.
