From this Monday, official Switzerland is donning a costume it likes, that of host of international summits. Place of engagement: Lugano. Duration: two days. Subject: the reconstruction of Ukraine, destroyed by the Russian invasion. For Bern, which is co-organising with Kyiv, it will of course be a question of facilitating fruitful exchanges between the 1,000 or so participants, half of whom come from 38 States and 14 international organisations.
