The 18-year-old was having a drink with a friend. Late in the evening, friends returned home. Their loud conversation caused discontent among the 44-year-old resident of one of the apartments of the house, located on the ground floor.
The man made a remark to the young people, but they did not react. Then the suspect took out an air pistol to scare the guys and fired one shot. It so happened that he hit an 18-year-old boy in the right eye.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he underwent surgery. A 44-year-old man was arrested. His actions will be given a legal assessment, according to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee.
