In Geneva, the Court of Auditors promotes prison expansion

The Court of Auditors has decided to put its nose in the Geneva prisons. Broad topic. The pretext: to assess the relevance of the concept of reintegration developed five years ago by the Cantonal Office of Detention (OCD).
