Josiane Boudet, after a recurrent cancer, decided to give her time and her experience to support people suffering from this disease and set up an association in Monsempron-Libos.
Saturday, January 14, Josiane launches and shares on Facebook her testimony on her fight against the crab. It’s thoughtful and daring, and her way of fighting this disease.
What is striking when reading his publication is his message full of energy that goes beyond the glitches of life and opens up to others.
A heartbreaking message
It’s a huge shock to learn that you can die much faster than you imagine. Life spares no one. This woman fought huge battles, understood what happened in her life to make it a disease. Despite everything, Josiane manages to make peace with many wounds from the past.
She also discovered the humanity of the people who love her, even when “she no longer looked like anything”.
“Yes, I had cancer in 2015 and a recurrence in 2020….. But I was lucky to have a positive entourage around me. My children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, family and friends lifted me up. THANK YOU….”
Help each other, and discuss subjects without taboos
Josiane does not mince her words and her message of hope addressed to the patients of the fumélois basin has been read and shared as far away as Switzerland, Belgium and Canada.
“I have already helped several people to better cope with these difficult times, both physically and morally. The last one that I started supporting a few days ago made me decide to go further. Let’s unite our forces to win the fight, let’s make fun of this war against disease” likes to remind this determined woman.
Josiane is known in the associative world, especially in the friendly of Monsempron-Libos but also in her former professional activity at Expert in Montayral.
Ideas and projects, she has a head full of them but cannot carry them out alone. Josiane has already met Jean-Jacques Brouillet, the mayor of Monsempron-Libos and obtained his support. If you wish to support her, a meeting will be scheduled for the end of February, beginning of March.
