In France, the base salary increased by 3.8% in 2022

Over one year, the increase is 3.9% for the tertiary sector, 3.8% for industry, and 3.3% for construction.

By socio-professional category, the SMB increased in the 4th quarter by 0.7% for workers and employees, 0.6% for intermediate professions and 0.5% for executives.

Over one year, it rose by 4.6% for workers, 4.3% for employees, 3.2% for intermediate professions and 2.9% for executives.
