He knew that the land in this case belonged to a hillside, but he hired workers to excavate a large hole and then dumped business waste. Article 4, to file a public prosecution.”
The leased man surnamed Zheng has leased the land for 10,000 yuan since 2018. He did not seek the consent of the landlord, nor did he apply for a soil and water conservation plan to the city government. He illegally excavated and buried the construction waste in the pit. After the big walk.
