One person was killed and three injured by Russian shelling in Ukraine’s Kherson region, the local military administration reported on Monday. “The Russian army targeted residential neighborhoods in populated areas of the region, and an official building in the center of Kherson,” local military administration chief Oleksandr Prokudin said on Telegram. “As a result of this Russian aggression, one person died and three others, including a child, were injured,” he added, adding that the city was bombed eight times in some 24 hours.
