In Cannes, Elton John is already singing his new single in collaboration with Britney Spears

MUSIC – As a regular on the Côte d’Azur, where he owns a villa on the heights of Nice, Elton John was present on Sainte-Marguerite Island, in the bay of Cannes, this Tuesday, August 23.

The British singer offered a nice surprise to the customers of the restaurant La Guérite, singing his new single, Hold Me Closer, on which is also present Britney Spears, as you can see in the video belowshared by Elton John himself on Instagram.

The title, which is inspired by the lyrics of the song Tiny Dancerproduced by Elton John in the early 1970s, will be officially released this Friday, August 26.

This will be the first new title from Britney Spears For years.

Elton John, who celebrated his 75th birthday a few months ago, embarked on a farewell tour of XXL proportions in 2018. Spread over several years, it provides for more than 300 dates around the world and has been disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
