After the white march in the streets of Brest, the tribute of an entire football stadium. This Sunday, February 19, 2023, on the occasion of the Ligue 1 match between Stade Brestois and AS Monaco (final score, 1-2 for Monaco), a vibrant tribute was paid to Héléna Cluyou. Before kick-off, a minute of silence was observed by the 13,203 spectators at the Francis-Le Blé stadium and the 22 players gathered in the central circle.
The portrait of the student nurse, whose lifeless body was found in the forest, in Argol, on February 9, appeared on the screens of the stadium. In unison, the name of Héléna Cluyou was chanted during the first half of the match.

This tribute from the Francis-Le Blé stadium came the day following the white march which brought together 6,000 people in the streets of Brest. In a message addressed to the Telegram, this Sunday evening, the family of Héléna Cluyou “thanks all the people who participated from near or far at this moment. This white march touched the whole family, everything took place in the calm and respect that we hoped for. Our thanks also go to law enforcement.”
