The victim was ambushed and killed by the motochoros, who then stole his motorcycle. The neighborhood came out to demand justice and demand greater security.

The murderers have not been captured and the motorcycle has not been found. It is not ruled out that these thieves have been the authors of other similar robberies in the area. When he was in his white Kia 2500 vehicle on José Malabia and Tulumba streets, he was surrounded by at least two armed motorcycle riders who threatened to kill him and demanded that he hand over money and other belongings.

It is not clear if the worker resisted or wanted to escape, the specific thing is that one of the criminals shot him at least once with a firearm. The bullet hit the left leg.

Immediately afterwards, the thieves took about three thousand pesos and the victim’s cell phone, and escaped on the white Honda Wave motorcycle on which they were traveling.

Ledesma, due to all this, had to be transferred to the San Jorge Prompt Care Hospital, where he received the corresponding care. The victim recovers.

Another police officer who resists assault and shoots a thief

On the other hand, in the early hours of Sunday, a police officer who was riding a motorcycle was attacked by motochoros for robbery purposes on Cangallo Street in the Parque Deán Funes neighborhood, also on the eastern fringe of the Capital.

According to official sources, the thieves ambushed the officer and, after threatening him with weapons, stole his black Brava motorcycle. The criminals, during all this, were on a blue 110 cc.

Everything happened in a few moments. After stealing the vehicle, the pair of assailants fled. It was at that moment that the police officer, according to the official version, identified himself as such and engaged in a shootout with them.

Blood stains and several 9 mm caliber pistol cases were left on the street.

The officer contacted 911 and, a few moments later, a large police operation was activated by several patrols throughout the area.

Official sources indicated that, as part of the search procedure for the thieves, a patrol arrived in the Ciudad Evita neighborhood. There were blood stains on the door of a house.

Thus, a woman left the house and handed the uniformed officers a blue motorcycle similar to the one that the motochoros would have used.

The vehicle had several bullet holes consistent with those made by the police officer who had been assaulted. The motorcycle also had blood stains.

Moments later, a man arrived at the Emergency Hospital in a Fiat Punto. He was transporting his 37-year-old brother, who had two bullet wounds in her legs. The injured man was immediately transferred to the guard service, where he was treated for the injury and was admitted to police custody on suspicion of being one of the police officer’s assailants.

The Police indicated that this man has a criminal record for robberies.

Meanwhile, the search for the other suspect in the robbery continued throughout Sunday.
