The average net salary increased by 2.8% in constant euros over one year, following +5.9% in 2020, these two years being marked by the payment of the exceptional “Covid-19” bonus and the application of the agreements of the Ségur de la santé.

For employees present all year round in 2020 and in 2021 with the same employer and with the same amount of work, i.e. nearly two out of three FPH agents, the average net salary increases by 4.1% in constant euros.
