The Accountability Court, while hearing in Adiala Jail of Rawalpindi, sentenced the founders of PTI and Bushra Bibi to 14 years of hard labor in the Tosha Khana case.
The court also disqualified the PTI founder for 10 years. The court has imposed a total fine of 1 billion 57 crore 40 lakh rupees on the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi.
A fine of Rs 78 crore 70 lakh has been imposed on the founder of PTI, while a fine of Rs 78 crore 70 lakh has been imposed on Bushra Bibi. Judge Muhammad Bashir asked the PTI founder that he had submitted his 342 statement.
The PTI founder replied that I have prepared the statement, I will submit the statement when my lawyers come, give me some time, my lawyers are coming. Judge Muhammad Bashir refused to give time to PTI founder.
