FIA Special Prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbasi Naqvi while talking to the media said that the court adjourned the hearing in the light of Islamabad High Court’s prohibition order, today no witness was produced by the official prosecution.
Earlier, the FIA was expected to present five official witnesses, the witnesses appearing in the cipher case belong to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, PTV and Pemra.
On the other hand, the hearing of the 190 million pound scandal case is also likely to be held today in Adiala Jail, the hearing of the case will be conducted by Judge Muhammad Bashir of the Accountability Court.
The NAB team will request the physical remand of PTI chairman, the court rejected the request of NAB in the last hearing, NAB officials and prosecutors will appear in the court again today.
