Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Barrister Gohar has said that the founder of Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan will contest the election from three constituencies in which he will submit his nomination papers from Mianwani, Lahore and Islamabad constituencies.
Talking to the media in Islamabad, Barrister Gohar said that we want free and fair elections, we do not have any demand that the Election Commissioner should resign, we are repeatedly saying but they are not allowing us to hold a convention, if 25 crore people. If the rights of the Chief Justice are being robbed then the Chief Justice should play his role.
Chairman PTI said that the founder of Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan will contest the election from three constituencies in which he will submit his nomination papers from Mianwani, Lahore and Islamabad constituencies.
Barrister Gohar Khan said that Nawaz Sharif is playing along with the umpire, this time our candidates are not being allowed to enter the field, nomination papers are being taken away from our people, Shah Mahmood’s secretary was taken away from his nomination papers in Adiala Jail.
He further said that the founder will get PTI to sign the nomination papers tomorrow, I was not allowed to take the plain paper to the jail today, there is fear that if our people are stopped, the situation will worsen and we don’t want the situation. It may take more time while consultations with the founder PTI on tickets are going on.
