The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted the official secret act challan related to the case in the special court in which Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi have been declared guilty.

According to sources, Asad Umar is not included in FIA’s accused list while former Principal Secretary Azam Khan has become FIA’s witness whose statement 161 and 164 is attached with the challan.
According to the sources, it has been said in the challan that Chairman PTI misused the State Secret Act by keeping the cipher, the copy of the cipher reached Imran Khan but was not returned.
Sources said that the challan submitted by the FIA further stated that Shah Mehmood delivered the March 27 speech then assisted Chairman PTI, the transcript CD of the speech is also attached.
According to sources, FIA has submitted a list of 28 witnesses to the court along with the challan, 161 statements of 27 witnesses have been attached with the challan.
Former Foreign Secretary Asad Majeed Khan, Sohail Mehmood, Additional Foreign Secretary Faisal Niaz Tarmzi are also among the witnesses of FIA, while Sypher is among the witnesses of all China from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Prime Minister.
It should be remembered that former Prime Minister Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi are in jail on judicial remand in the cipher disappearance case.
It should be noted that the Islamabad High Court has decided to conduct the next hearing of the cipher case in the open court.
