According to sources, FIA has submitted a list of 28 witnesses to the court along with the challan, 161 statements of 27 witnesses have been attached with the challan.

Former Foreign Secretary Asad Majeed Khan, Sohail Mehmood, Additional Foreign Secretary Faisal Niaz Tarmzi are also among the witnesses of FIA, while Sypher is among the witnesses of all China from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Prime Minister.
