On September 9, 2023, Mr. Udom Pongbawornkul, Mae Suai District Chief Chaired the opening of the Kick Off activity “Far as Near” Mae Suai Aunjai NCD@Home” and a workshop to develop the potential of village health volunteers. In caring for chronically ill patients and using technology for health care in remote communities at Ban Huai Nam Khun Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Tha Ko Subdistrict, Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai Province.
The target group includes village health volunteers and community health leaders in 6 villages in the Huai Nam Khun Royal Project Development Center area.
with the objective To develop a system for caring for patients with chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in remote areas of Mae Suai District. and enhance knowledge and skills of village health volunteers/community health leaders in following up on health checks Caring for chronically ill patients without having to travel far to the service location Through the use of Health Kit Set technology and recording data through the Eat – Live – Well application.
