Regarding the downloading of the statute, the Joint Technical Committee met on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at the Ministry’s General Secretariat headquarters in order to discuss the issue of the two candidates.
The meeting concluded with the following:

*Dr. El-Ghazali:* Thank you for having me. It’s a pleasure to be here.
*Interviewer:* Let’s dive right into it. The Joint Technical Committee recently met to discuss the new basic system for education and training teachers. Can you summarize the key outcomes of that meeting?
*Dr. El-Ghazali:* Certainly. The meeting, held on November 15, 2024, was crucial for advancing our educational reforms. A major takeaway was the Ministry’s commitment to establish a basic system for education and training teachers, which aligns with the agreement we reached on December 26, 2023. We also confirmed the involvement of representative unions in shaping this statute, ensuring that it reflects the collective interests of our educators.

*Interviewer:* Excellent. There was also a request for employment records from the 2024 graduating class. Why is this crucial at this moment?
*Dr. El-Ghazali:* It’s critical because we want to expedite the administrative processes for the incoming educators. By gathering employment records urgently from the 2024 batch, we can better facilitate their integration into the workforce and ensure that we have the necessary support structures in place for them.
