Microbiological controls identified the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes in a smoked trout salad and a smoked fish dish. These products were sold in Cru stores, which is part of the Colruyt group. Cru has therefore decided, in consultation with the supplier and the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (AFSCA), to withdraw the products concerned from sale.
