The capital increase for the real estate fund comprising five buildings attracts only 8 million francs, once morest 40 initially estimated.
The real estate fund Immofonds obtained 8 million francs as part of a capital increase initially estimated at 40 million. The owner Immofonds Asset Management said it carried out this operation in “a context of difficult financial markets and extremely volatile capital”.
The capital increase was carried out between September 15 and 28. The funds raised will be used for “diversification in line with the strategy as well as the development of the portfolio”, the Zurich company said in a press release on Wednesday. The operation also made it possible to acquire two residential buildings.
In total, 74,850 new shares were issued at a subscription price of 106.50 francs net per new Immofonds Suburban share. The release of the new shares will take place on Friday.
