He is one of those who, along with other Creoles, beat two uniformed officers a few days ago.

The New York City authorities recaptured one of the immigrants who attacked two police officers in the ‘Big Apple’ on January 30.

After being released, the subject was arrested once more following getting into an altercation with another uniformed man for throwing a cigarette into the street.

The violent event (beating of law enforcement officers by immigrants) was recorded on security cameras and shows how the individuals attacked the officers who were patrolling in the busy Times Square.

In total, seven people were arrested for the incident in which the officers were kicked, stomped on, and punched in the face.

Last Thursday some of the immigrants were taken to court to appear for the event. Four of them were released without bail.

Upon leaving the court, one of those involved challenged the press, which has caused rejection among Internet users.

Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio spoke out on his social networks and rejected the event.

In addition, the legislator sent a critical message towards the immigration policies of the Federal Government.

“Message to the United States from one of the illegal immigrants who attacked New York police officers, was released without bail and returns to a taxpayer-funded shelter,” Rubio published on his X account (formerly a social network called Twitter).
