INVESTIGATION – In 50 years, our fellow citizens have lost 1.5 hours of sleep every night. A deficit with serious consequences for their health and well-being.

When she opened the door of the Zen Bar, the only nap bar in Paris, for the first time, she hesitated for a long time.
