Yaoshou! The Chinese PLA submarine was suspected of launching a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) in the South China Sea, which almost hit a civilian airliner in flight. Fortunately, the airliner temporarily received a warning from the air traffic control agency (ATC) – “Turn left immediately. 90 degrees”, following the passenger plane pilot obeyed the order, he suddenly saw a submarine missile suddenly burst out from the sea below the flight’s scheduled route, and only knew that he had escaped. The whole process was filmed and spread wildly on the Internet, with netizens angering that China was too bad.

The tweet said that according to the video, it may be the Chinese Navy (PLAN) test-fired a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM). Netizen Captain Overnight also shared the video on Twitter. He tweeted that the source of the video came from a foreign airline. When the airline was flying over the South China Sea, it received an emergency call from ATC at the last moment: “Turn left 90 immediately. Degree!! Chinese navy launches ballistic missiles from Chinese navy submarines!” below and states that, to the confusion of the pilots, they found an SLBM emerging from the sea below their originally intended flight path, “There are very few missile submarine launches planned. Consider commercial air traffic in the region”.
The tweet shocked netizens. Some netizens shared a notice from the China Maritime Safety Administration, stating that from May 19 to 23, the PLA will conduct military training in the designated waters of the South China Sea, and it is forbidden to enter. Netizens are angry, haven’t the Chinese heard of “NOTAMS” (notice to pilots)? Some netizens responded that it depends on whether it is a civilized country, whether it respects “NOTAMS”, and some people say that the PLA is now out of control.
