First: The employee who worked in such an agricultural enterprise in March 2024 for 26 days, although he also worked during the months of January and February of the same year for 26 days for each month, in another agricultural enterprise, has to wait a long time for the employees of this institution to empty this data into his personal account at the National Social Security Fund in a manner that violates the law and the reality, as these employees proceed to distribute 26 working days for the month of March over the two previous months in addition to the month of March in an equal or unequal manner, so the employee becomes in the position of someone who worked 36 days for each of the months of January and February and 6 days for the month of March, knowing that the number of days that the employee must declare cannot exceed 26 working days, this is in the case of working a full month without stopping, and here the employee is deprived of 20 undeclared days with the resulting loss of points due to the declaration.

Second: If the employee works in such an enterprise for the first time during the month of March, without having previously worked in any other enterprise, the employees of the National Social Security Fund shall proceed to unload the 26 days declared during the month of March by the enterprise by distributing them unequally during the months of January and February in addition to March, which results in the establishment of the employment relationship between the employee

The agricultural company has been operating since January, but the truth is different, because the employee’s date of employment in the company is March 1, 2024.

Third: Depriving the employee of family compensation, due to his failure to meet the legal conditions specified in the declaration, within the limits of 60 percent of the legal minimum wage, during each month, which was not available in the case of the procedures referred to above.

Fourth: The employee is also deprived of health insurance due to his lack of the legal conditions required to declare his wages, which hinders the generalization of compulsory health insurance, which His Majesty the King has always emphasized in all his speeches.

In the face of this illegal situation, which threatens social peace within the company and undermines the confidence of agricultural workers in the National Social Security Fund, the latter is called upon more than ever to review its information system, especially the Damancom portal, so that it responds to the requests and desires of companies and agricultural workers.
