Takayuki Kobayashi is a member of the House of Representatives belonging to the Liberal Democratic Party and is said to be a future candidate for prime minister.
I’m curious about what kind of family he grew up in and how he met his wife, who is a lawyer.
This time, we conducted a thorough investigation into how Takayuki Kobayashi met his wife, as well as family anecdotes about his daughter, father, and siblings.

Takayuki Kobayashi’s wife is his classmate from Tokyo University! How did they meet?
In November 2006, Takayuki Kobayashi married his classmate from the University of Tokyo, Yuko.
Wife: Yuko Kobayashi (late 40s)
Birthplace: Tokyo
Education: Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tokyo
Daughter: Haruka Kobayashi
Date of birth: Late May 2010 (second year of junior high school)
Representative Takayuki Kobayashi and his wife Yuko met at the University of Tokyo.
Since they are classmates, he is likely the same age as Kobayashi or one year younger.
Yuko is also said to be a lawyer by profession.
During his student days, Mr. Kobayashi was busy with rowing club activities and attended training camps, so he was only able to go on dates with his wife Yuko about twice a month.
They had been in a relationship for 12 years, but decided to get married when Takayuki Kobayashi was posted to the United States.
Episode with my daughter
When Yuko, who had given birth at her hometown, and her newborn daughter Haruka returned to their home in Yachiyo City, they made the following appeal:
Haruka, let’s walk together with Mommy and Daddy.
In addition, stories about Haruka often appear on Takayuki Kobayashi’s social media.
March 2013: Going to the bakery with my 2-year-old daughter
I went to the bakery with my daughter for an early morning breakfast date.
I finally got my hands on the rabbit bread and my daughter and I happily munched on it together with big smiles.
I finished my daytime political activities early and went to Sumida Aquarium late in the evening.
I fell into a deep sleep in the car on the way home.

During his career, his employer went bankrupt, and he often came home exhausted in the middle of the night.
He joined Noda Co., Ltd. in 2000 at the age of 58 and became a director in 2002.
He was appointed as a permanent auditor in 2008 and served in that position until February 2012 (at the age of 70).
He passed away on March 28, 2015 at the age of 73.
Episode with parents
“I’m X, who was a colleague of your father at X company. Your father called me during the first election. Good luck,” he said.
While looking at some documents at my parents’ house, I found a list of the companies my father worked for, and the names of people who lived in my constituency were marked in pink highlighter.
I am simply grateful that my late father supported his son without even realizing it.

So you were using your own connections to support your son!
It must be quite moving to be approached on the street and asked about your father.
It looks like a pleasant place!
I loved this wonderful place!
What is Milky Queen?
This low-amylose rice was developed by further improving Koshihikari as part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries’ Super Rice Project.
After cooking, the rice shines and has a chewy texture, sweetness, and softness, making it delicious to eat.
Furthermore, this rice does not harden easily even when cooled, making it ideal for rice balls and bento lunches.
Takayuki Kobayashi has one sibling!
My younger brother graduated from Waseda University and was a member of the rugby club.
Since he is a private citizen, his image and biography have not been made public.
Since his younger brother passed by the street speech, we can assume that he lives near the constituency.
