Between October 15 and 29, the Army carried out its most important exercise of the year: ‘Toro-22’. The purpose of the exercise is to train a Division to plan and conduct high-intensity operations, operations in urbanized areas, and support for civil authorities once morest a technologically advanced enemy. Thus, under the command of the ‘Castillejos’ Division, four Brigade-type units were trained, made up of nearly 5,000 soldiers in total. For this gallery we have had the opportunity to accompany the ‘Aragón’ I Brigade in the LIVEX phase of the exercise at the CENAD in San Gregorio, one of the many ‘Toro-22’ scenarios. (Esteban Maiza)
