The Haas F1 Team unveiled a new coloring for the 2022 F1 machine “VF-22” after canceling the title sponsorship contract with Uralkali.
After removing the title sponsor Uralkali brand and the colors of the red, white and blue Russian flags from the VF-22 on the final day of the F1 Barcelona test, the Haas F1 Team has not only signed a sponsorship agreement with Uralkali, but also a Russian driver. The driver contract with Nikita Mazepin has also been cancelled.
The FIA (International Automobile Federation) has banned the use of Russian symbols, colors and flags in car coloring, equipment and uniforms, using the coloring used by the Haas F1 Team in 2022 F1 cars. In effect, we have taken further steps to ban it.

The Haas F1 Team skipped the morning of the first day of the F1 Bahrain test due to delayed arrival of cargo. Reserve driver Pietro Fitchpardi is scheduled to run in the afternoon.
