Chronic inflammatory digestive or rheumatological pathologies are a risk factor for the development of infectious pathologies, particularly respiratory ones. The risk of pneumonia is multiplied by two in patients on biotherapies. Prevenar13® obtained Marketing Authorization in this indication in July 2013 and the HCSP published a new recommendation in December 2014 taking into account the obtaining of this Marketing Authorisation. The main objective of this work was to assess pneumococcal vaccination coverage in the French population treated with anti-TNF alpha.
