The Afghan Consul General says that nearly 200,000 Afghan citizens have returned from Karachi. He said that the work of registration under the Afghan Consulate in Karachi is also going on.

Punjab: Preparations for evacuation of illegal residents complete

On the other hand, the preparations for the evacuation of illegally staying foreigners from Punjab have been completed. Sources have said that holding areas have been established in various districts of Punjab, while the process of screening and mapping has also entered the final stages.

People who do not have the necessary documents have been given a deadline to leave the country by October 31. Sources say that the support of Rangers and other organizations will be sought for the evacuation of illegal persons.

Food, medical aid and security arrangements have been made in the holding areas and temporary camps.
