Illegal foreigners to be deported after November 1: Caretaker Home Minister

Caretaker Federal Interior Minister Sarfaraz Bugti has said that the foreigners residing illegally have been instructed to return to their respective countries by November 1. They will be deported from November 1 by the law enforcement agencies. But he can come to Pakistan only with a visa.

In a news briefing after the meeting of the Apex Committee, Sarfaraz Bugti said that the illegal residents have been given a deadline of November 1.

He said that there were many irregularities in the issuance of identity cards, currently the number of Afghan citizens in Pakistan is around 4.4 million, out of 4.4 million, around 1.4 million Afghan citizens are registered, illegal residents after November 1. Steps will be taken to arrest him.

Caretaker Home Minister said that we have got DNA capability, these residents will have DNA, reward will be given to those who identify illegal ID card holders.

He said that the properties of illegal resident foreigners will be seized, after November 1, the task force will take action against illegal properties.
