Where Ilaria Salis has lived in recent years is becoming a mystery. But during the first hearing of the trial in Hungary, last February, the Avs MEP indicated as her residential address a small private street in the south-west suburbs of Milan. This is confirmed by a report aired on June 30 on Stasera Italia, the in-depth program hosted by Sabrina Scampini on Rete4. The program, in essence, managed to exclusively discover the residential address she declared during the trial, which is different from that of the occupied house.
The former neighbors of the newly elected MEP also confirm this: “It’s natural that her surname is on the intercom, it means that the paper speaks for itself. Salis must have come here seven years ago, eight years ago at most”, they explain in the report that reconstructs the movements of the teacher accused by Aler of having illegally occupied a property in via Borsi. Ilaria Salis was found inside the public housing in 2008, while eleven years later, in 2019, as reported by her criminal record, she was convicted of invasion of buildings.
