Last Tuesday, October 16, the Valera Tennis Club was the scene of the II Carvajalense Local History Congress, an event that brought together prominent researchers to explore and discuss the rich history of the region. The installation of the congress was carried out by Wilsson Ricardo Marín, while the presentation was made by Luis Huz Ojeda, Official Chronicler of the Municipality of San Rafael de Carvajal.
This was reported by the organizer and chronicler of the municipality, Luis Huz, adding that nine speakers shared their research on various topics, highlighting the importance of the chronicle as an identity tool, presented by Pedro Frailán.
