There was a banker who came to the store to help me change out a loan at a low interest rate.
The identity of this employee who was trying to repay the existing loan while trying to pay off the original loan turned out to be a voice phishing cash collector.
Correspondent Kim Jung-woo reported.

The man sitting at the table took out a thick bundle of money and handed the three bundles to the woman sitting opposite him.
15 million won in cash.
As the woman who received the money exits the elevator, another woman in an apron chases following her.
And five minutes later, officers arrived at the scene and arrested the woman with the money.
The woman arrested was a cash collector of a voice phishing organization, and the man who handed the money was a restaurant worker.
This employee gets a call from a bank that lends money at a lower interest rate than a regular loan.
However, the condition was that in order to borrow money, you had to repay the existing loan first.

“Since I keep putting pressure on people like there is a payment suspension, all I might think of was that I had to pay it back quickly and solve it.”
The restaurant owner accidentally overheard the employee’s situation.
The tactic of lending money only when you pay it back is suspicious, but above all, I was suspicious that the banker was accepting money from the street.

“If you’re a bank employee, you never come to collect money, but you don’t ask me to come out with what clothes to wear.”
Mr. Lee persuaded the staff to change the meeting point to the inside of the store.
As you can see, CCTV is installed here.
Mr. Lee, who watched CCTV and saw money exchanges, immediately reported it to the police.

“I was convinced that this wasn’t (a banking transaction).”
The woman caught is a person who has already been caught once for a voice phishing problem.
I started working last month thinking it was a high-paying short-term part-time job.
