A woman she was shot to death today in front of her two children aged 13 and 17 at the door of her house from the Buenos Aires city of Cañuelas. It all started when he was intercepted by her ex-partner, whom he had denounced for gender violence and now he was arrested for femicide.
The victim, identified as María Isabel Esperati Aquino (40), had sent a message to her neighbors in 2021 in which she asked them that, if they saw her ex, Javier Alejandro Núñez (47) in the neighborhood, they will call the police.

After that, the attacker escaped, while neighbors called an ambulance and the police, and Esperati Aquino was rushed to the Martezzi Hospital, where she finally died due to the severity of the injuries sustained.
Shortly after, Nunez was arrested when he was mobilizing in his Volkswagen Surán at the intersection of Libertad and San Martín, about 800 meters from the crime scene.
Inside the car, the troops from the Cañuelas section found a 380-caliber Bersa pistol, which will be subjected to expert opinions, since it is believed to be the weapon used in the femicide.

Meanwhile, a friend of the victim who identified herself as Carina told the Todo Noticias channel this afternoon that the woman had been separated from Núñez for a year and a half, when he “He directly went to kill her”.
