The new board of the Austrian Olympic Committee (ÖOC) is actually supposed to be elected next week, but the Olympians have been on fire since Thursday. The fire was sparked by a statement of facts submitted to the public prosecutor’s office, according to which ÖOC General Secretary Peter Mennel was accused of serious breach of trust and ÖOC President Karl Stoss was accused of aiding and abetting.
