“If we think we have what it takes, we will appeal”

– We assumed that the process in the district court was only phase 1 of this long process and that yesterday’s verdict would be appealed by either party, regardless of the outcome. So we have been well prepared. We have now learned the other party’s argumentation and will, when everything has landed, do our analysis to decide on the next step, says Per Holknekt in a written comment to Realtid.

Per Holknekt also writes that his team has made many strong observations from the other party (read; Kindred Group) such as perjury, distortion of data and extensive misleading of person in strong loss of control/gaming disorder (all as above under declaration of truth). The state of illness and circumstances surrounding agreements entered into during a temporary mental disorder
thus needs to be clarified.

-We take a positive view of the possibilities of clarifying circumstances at a higher instance (Court of Appeal). Good enough to feel power in our further work. But decisions have not yet been made, but we in my team first let the emotions from yesterday subside and then work further with data and corroborating witnesses to underline previously unclear circumstances.

-If we think we have what it takes, and only then, we will appeal yesterday’s verdict. To be continued.

Per Holknekt also writes that a massive number of people have contacted him asking for help to sue Unibet/Kindred (alt Trannel) for the period 2014-2024 and he and his team are now working on a manual for this.
