If not Real: Mbappe’s other options

Kylian Mbappe will leave Paris Saint-Germain and if you haven’t lived on Earth in recent years, we will inform you that Real Madrid is his preferred destination. Alongside the reports that the superstar has finalized his terms at the Blancos, there are several rumors linking him to other clubs, mainly in the Premier League, so we are here to help him decide. Here are four options from the Premier League that can be an alternative in case the unbelievable happens and the striker does not find himself in the Spanish capital from the summer.

Manchester City
why yes? Partnership in attack with Arling Holland and Kevin de Bruyne, training under Pep Guardiola. Need more reasons?

Why not? The load in the front and the combination of high-ego stars might be problematic in the dressing room. City are not a one player team and Mbappe is certainly a player who demands that preferential treatment.

Liverpool
why yes? A chance for the Mighty Reds to rejuvenate up front with a superstar. Mohamed Salah may leave at the end of the season for Saudi Arabia for a huge sum so Liverpool will definitely not lack money.

Why not? The salary that Mbappe will demand is not one that Liverpool have ever given to any player and probably do not intend to give in the near future, especially when it comes to a team that is going through many changes in the professional team. Alongside this, a question mark should be added regarding the direction the team will go the day following Jurgen Klopp.

Arsenal
why yes? Arsenal have quite a few talented young players, especially Bokayo Saka and Martin Odegaard, but lack a world-class superstar. Mbappe might certainly be the difference between a nice team running at the top and one that might threaten any possible title.

Why not? Similar to Liverpool, this is a salary that Arsenal will not be keen on paying and it will be very difficult for them to entice him to join.

Manchester United
why yes? The Red Devils are irrelevant in the championship fight for most of the 11 years that Sir Alex Ferguson has not been at the club and Mbappe can get them back there. United are also not short of money and they will be happy to pour it on one of the best players in the world.

Why not? Many stars have arrived at United and failed to live up to expectations and this may be a risk that Mbappe will not allow himself to take.

Milan
why yes? Mbappe has previously stated that he has been a fan of the Rossoneri since he was little and the possibility of returning it to the top of world football might wink at him.

Why not? It is hard to believe that Milan will be able to meet the huge salary that it will demand and moving to the Italian league also does not sound particularly tempting for those who aspire to dominate world football.

Newcastle
why yes? An ambitious sports project can light the spark in Mbappe’s eyes and it is probably one of the few clubs that will be able to meet his demands financially.

Why not? Taking Newcastle on his back, when there is so much competition in the Premier League sounds like something Mbappe would not be keen to do when he has the opportunity to join a real top European team.
