“If Hoang Anh Gia Lai wins the case, I will not ask VPF for compensation”

After that, VPF issued a written request to Hoang Anh Gia Lai not to advertise for energy drink brands, which are in the same category as the sponsors of VPF and the V-League. However, legally, Hoang Anh Gia Lai still sued VPF to the People’s Court of Nam Tu Liem District (Hanoi), according to competition law in commerce. The lawsuit filed by Hoang Anh Gia Lai was accepted by the court on February 7.
